Marketing Manager
Overview:
Two Barrels is looking to hire a Marketing Manager. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a full time, 40 hour/week M-F position with company benefits. This is a remote position. Our main office is in Spokane WA, and we have satellite offices in Austin TX and Salt Lake City UT.
Two Barrels is looking to a Marketing Manager to join the team, but not just your typical Marketing Manager. We need that General Contractor type of Marketing Manager. We want to put a tool box right in front of you with all of these amazing tools and trust that you know what to do with them. Here at Two Barrels we have all the amazing pieces that can make a marketing team, but we need someone who knows how to use those tools to actually make us a real marketing function. Up to $150,000/yearResponsibilities:
- Marketing, doing marketing, making a marketing team… marketing
- You will be responsible for ensuring that we have a solid understanding of our users perspective
- Make sure that our story resonates with our end users
- You’ll be responsible for helping with strategy and planning, but also being able to be a doer, not just someone who directs the troops
- Be able to write copy, have all the points, angles, pitches and all that jazz, but work with our writing team to make sure we are getting this to an elevated spot
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years managing a marketing team of 10+ people of varying skill sets
- Be able to check your ego at the door, learn the business, and roll with the punches
- 7+ years in marketing-centric professions
- Be actively involved in the marketing process currently
- Up to date with current trends in marketing
- Be able to walk us through a team set up and what you have found to be successful
- Be able to throw the marketing book out the window and have people tell stories about the marketing manager that change the landscape around digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing management experience
- Experience building a marketing team
- Creating efficiencies within the team
